Originally from Fayetteville, N.C., he started playing the violin at the age of nine and majored in music at the University of North Carolina. In addition to performing in orchestras, he also works as a teacher in kindergarten, elementary, junior high and high school music education. The Violin Conspiracy is his debut work as a novelist, followed by Symphony of Secrets.

The Booklovers Ball silent auction is also virtual. If you are not able to attend the Booklovers Ball in person this year, you are still able to participate in the auction. From the comfort of your own home, you are able to bid on silent auction items. To participate follow these easy steps:

1.      Visit the 2025 Booklovers Ball Silent auction website HERE. Note: For the best auction experience, we suggest using the Givi app on your smartphone. When in the Givi app search for “2025 Booklovers Ball.”

2.      Choose “Menu” and select “Register.”

3.      Select a registration quantity of “1” and hit “Continue.” You will not be charged to register.

4.      Fill out your contact information and select “Complete Registration.”

5.      Select “Set Up Bidding.”

6.      On the next screen scroll down and hit “Set up Account to Bid.”

7.      Add payment method.

8.      You are ready to bid! Bidding opens Tuesday, Oct. 21 at 3 p.m.

*Note: when you complete registration a QR code will be generated and also emailed. This is not needed to place a bid.

 

Book Clubs are invited to participate in All Pueblo Reads!

  • Read The Violin Conspiracy with your Book Club.
  • Request a table for your Book Club at the public author talk on October 25, 11 a.m. at Rawlings Library. See form below.
  • Attend Booklovers Ball fundraiser on October 24 at 6:30p.m. at Rawlings Library.
  • Attend All Pueblo Reads programs and events.

You may request up to 10 copies of "The Violin Conspiracy". Please list members below.

Each book club may request one table of 10 per club for the APR Public Author Talk at 11 a.m. on October 25, at Rawlings Library. Refreshments will be served. Limited reservations available. Doors open at 10:30 a.m.
