The Music Box is located in the Frank Lamb Room at the Pueblo West Library. Prior to booking a recording time, please contact 719-562-5600 to set up an orientation to learn the equipment.

Studio 1315 is located in Room 2 at the Lucero Library. Prior to booking a recording time, please contact the front desk of the Lucero Library (719-562-5600) to set up an orientation to learn the equipment.
To book a 1 hour recording time, visit our online reservation system here. Be sure to choose the recording equipment in the Equipment Menu at the top right of the reservation form (Click bottom, right image for example).

- Walk-ins are not accepted.
- Time Length: Studio Time can be Reserved in 1-hour time increments.
Studio 1315 is a professional-grade audio recording space at Pueblo City-County Library District designed to help you bring your creative projects to life. Whether you’re recording music, launching a podcast, narrating an audiobook, or experimenting with sound design, our studio staff are here to guide you every step of the way.

How It Works
Reservations
- Book up to two months in advance
- Reservations are approved based on staff availability
- Sessions are available by the hour
General Availability
- Tuesday: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
- Wednesday: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
- Thursday: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
- Friday: 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
Capacity
- Maximum of 2 people
- Single-person use is recommended
- If sharing, both participants must remain in the studio together for the full session (no rotating guests)
Before You Arrive
- Bring your own media storage device (64GB minimum recommended)
- All file transfers and conversions must be completed before your session ends
- Makers must be 9 years or older
- Youth ages 9–12 must have a parent or guardian present
- A signed use form is required for anyone under 18.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Studio 1315 is a high-demand resource.
- Cancel by the day before your reservation
- Reservations are canceled after 15 minutes of no-show
- Three no-shows within 12 months (without canceling) will result in a six-month suspension of booking privileges

Before You Begin

- Bring your own storage device (64GB minimum recommended)
During Your Session
- Handle all equipment with care
- Food and drinks are not permitted near equipment
- Keep noise contained to the studio space
- Monitor your time so you can complete file transfers
Before You Leave
- Save and transfer all files
- Log out of all accounts
- Return equipment to its original place
- Leave the space clean and organized
Sessions end promptly at your reservation time.
Important Reminders
- Reservations are canceled after 15 minutes of no-show
- Cancel by the day before your session to avoid penalties
- Three no-shows within 12 months = 6-month booking suspension
