1. The nominee must be a resident of Pueblo County either now or during the time the award honors.
2. Nominations must be sponsored by an organization, club, association, individual, etc.
3. The nominating organization is responsible for preparing a brief biography (200 words or less) describing the woman’s accomplishments. The nomination form and bio will be added to the Robert Hoag Rawlings Public Library’s archives, and a brief summary will be included in a program that will be distributed at the awards luncheon. Please complete as much information on the nomination form as you are able to. A photo of the nominee is also requested. Past recipients will not receive a second award.
4. A representative of the nominating organization will present the award to their honoree.
5. The nominating organization will pay $100, which includes the honorees award and lunch. Checks must be made payable to Pueblo Library Foundation or via online payment here.
6. PCCLD will not judge the nominations. The person you choose to honor will be honored.
7. Nominations must be received by February 14, 2025.
