The Pueblo City-County Library District is paying students to read! Youth ages 0-17, who reside in Pueblo County, can earn $100 by checking out 10 items from the library and providing a response about the items borrowed. We want to know what you think:
Your response can be a short essay, book review, story, illustration or video.
Please browse through our FAQ/Contact form if you have a question.
Register for the program: Select your neighborhood library below. Once within your preferred library location, click “Register.” Spots are limited so register soon.
*Registration must be completed to participate in Reading Pays and must be completed before submitting a completion form.
Check out 10 items from the library: Visit the library in person or online and check out 10 items in the month registered.
Create a response for one or more of the items checked out: What did you think of the items you borrowed? Write a brief essay, draw a picture, or film a video. Responses due by the end of the month registered.
