Coursera - This free instructor-led learning website offers over 300 courses spanning 20 different categories created by 62 universities. Coursera allows users to improve their resumes, advance their career, and expand knowledge.

 

The GCFLearnFree.org program has helped millions around the world learn the essential skills they need to live and work in the 21st century. From Microsoft Office and email to reading, math, and more, GCFLearnFree.org offers more than 180 topics, including more than 2,000 lessons, 800+ videos, and 55+ interactives and games, free and in English, Spanish, Portuguese.

 HelpNow provides assistance with tutoring in elementary, middle school, high school, intro college, and adult education. Live online tutors will be available daily from 2:00-11:00 pm while you’re at the library or at home. HelpNow includes a writing lab, SAT/ACT/GED test prep, virtual group workrooms, and live help with English, Social Studies, Science, and Math.

PCCLD offers adult literacy tutors and classes. Go to the Adult Literacy page on the Library’s website to learn more.

Technology Training and Classes
Two classes are held each week at the Computer Lab at Rawlings Library. One class is held most weeks at Pueblo West Library. Registration is required. You can register by calling 562-5601 for Rawlings or 562-5664 for Pueblo West.

Resume Classes
Resume classes are offered monthly at the Rawlings Library and on an irregular schedule at all other branch libraries. Check the PCCLD Online Calendar and newsletter for schedule.
