Congratulations to our 2017 Winners!

“Of the living Medal of Honor recipients, which do you admire the most and why?”
The Pueblo Home of Heroes Association, in cooperation with the Pueblo City-County Library
District, is pleased to announce the winners of its 8th Pueblo Home of Heroes Association essay contest.

The following guidelines were required:

All entries must be typed.

Elementary School level – grades 4 and 5; 300-500 words.

Middle School level – grades 6–8; 400-700 words.

High School level – grades 9–12; 500-1,000 words.
