Saturday, Aug. 12 from 1 to 3 p.m. Rawlings Library, library parking lot Practice your spray-paintart skills at the library with renowned spray-paint artist NOIZER! Join local artist NOIZER for an afternoon of spray paint art. This handson demonstration is an event not to be missed. NOIZER will give a live-action demonstration on a mural. Participants will learn new techniques and spray-paint art skills. After learning, participants get the chance to paint and contribute to a collaborative mural.
