Menu for the event includes:

Chicken Salatim Boca: 5 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast, stuffed with prosciutto ham and Swiss cheese with a sprig of fresh sage, rice pilaf, seasonal sauteed vegetables, rolls, butter, mixed field greens served with vinaigrette, coffee, iced tea and water. Dessert: Raspberry bread pudding served with a vanilla cream sauce and a Macadamia brownie served with a salted caramel topping.

Vegetarian option:
Stuffed squash with walnuts, cranberries, red quinoa, black beans served on a basil tomato sauce, seasonal sauteed vegetables, potatoes, and dessert.
