Want to listen to a great book now? Our Recorded Books/NetLibrary downloadable audiobooks are just the thing! There is no waiting to download over 2,000 of our fiction, nonfiction and classic downloadable audiobook titles. At this time, there are 955 titles that are available for iPod/Mac users (MP3 format).

What are Downloadable Audiobooks?

Downloadable Audiobooks, also called eAudiobooks, from NetLibrary and Recorded Books are digital versions of audiobooks. eAudiobooks can be enjoyed on your personal computer that supports Windows Media Player versions 9-12 or the MP3 file format (eAudiobooks will not operate properly if you attempt to download them to library computers). You can also transfer your favorite titles to a wide range of portable devices, including portable music players, portable media centers, Pocket PCs, and even select smartphone devices.

Have you downloaded eAudiobooks before? Media Center users Launch the Media Center program on your computer Download Manager users Launch the Download Manager program on your computer Manual Download users Log in to your NetLibrary account.

Once the eAudiobook is downloaded to a player or a home computer, it can be listened to for 3 weeks and then the license will automatically expire, preventing access - unless you renew the eAudiobook. eAudiobook files remain on your computer and player even after they expire. When you are finished with them, the eAudiobook files must be deleted by you.
